Having achieved the designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), you can be assured that Linda will act in your best interests as your Buyer Agent (subject to Missouri state Law). She will also work with you to ensure you understand the standard contract terms and local common practices. In addition to providing you detailed information on homes that meet your criteria and viewing them with you, you will also receive complete information for the one you decide to purchase. You will also have full assistance in the preparation of your contract offer and help in determining any special contract requirements which you might want to consider. Once under contract, Linda will assist you through the many steps required before closing.
